Associate VA’s

 

We are looking for admin/general associate VA’s to work with the business as it continues to grow.

 

Tasks could include things such as:

- Diary management

- Travel arrangements

- Organising events

- Responding to enquiries

- General admin

- Transcription

- Social media management

 

You must be proactive, reliable, insured and registered with the ICO (we can support you in getting this sorted).

 

You need to have experience using Microsoft Office programs.

 

Ideally, you will be UK based, however we are open to discussion for the right person.

Initial rate from £16 per hour

Associate OBM

 

Have you got experience of being a VA or an EA and know but looking to create more freedom and flexibility in your life, then becoming an Online Business Manager might be the next right step for you!

If you love managing people, or creating processes that help busy frustrated business owners take a step back and concentrate on the things that bring them joy, then I’d love to hear from you.

 

You must be able to use your own initative, be a self starter as well as being reliable.  You will need to have your own insurance and be registered with the ICO (we can support you in getting this sorted).

 

This is the perfect role if you’d love the flexibility of being self employed but without the hassle of finding your own clients and dealing with all the headaches of managing a busy business.

 

You need to have experience using Microsoft Office programs.

 

Ideally, you will be UK based, however we are open to discussion for the right person.

Initial rate from £20 per hour.
